Okay when I explained I filled the water in the toilet that means the tank that fills up before the water comes out to the toilet bowl. You know the place where the water rises and there's that thingy that stops the water from rising too high. And I don't know what the thing is called. I will do my research on toilet fixing and plumbing. I'm not that dumb to fill up the toilet bowl with water and forget the toilet water tank. I did that in high school....anyways thats another story.
